The Scientific and Artistic Committee of Normandie Impressionniste
The main objective of the scientific and artistic committee is to guarantee the quality and relevance of the projects, examine the artistic propositions and select the projects that are the most innovative, original and capable of enriching the event’s theme. Made up of art historians, directors of cultural institutions, teachers and professionals in the world of culture, each member adds their own views and thoughtful expertise during the debates.
These two meetings provided the opportunity to discuss the various proposals, evaluate their significance, their feasibility and their fit with the artistic requirements of Normandie Impressionniste. The members analysed the quality of the projects on the basis of such criteria as creativity, the quality of the content, the addressed public, the geographic zone and their innovative aspect.
The programme of the next edition of Normandie Impressionniste comes over as being unique, daring and generous thanks to the rigour and great commitment of the Scientific and Artistic Committee. The selected projects promise to highlight the impressionist heritage and give visitors an enriching and unique cultural experience.
