For the official closing of its 5th edition, the Normandie Impressionniste 2024 Festival is offering you a unique show, full of emotions!

Save the date: September 21st, on the forecourt of Rouen’s Notre Dame Cathedral for a free, festive party combining electronic music, visual art and architectural heritage. That night, Rouen Cathedral will be a theatre for a grandiose show, with a revival of Antoine and Manuel’s "Illuminations". These projections, which already enchanted the audience at the festival’s opening, are back in a "disco” version, in the company of a DJ set by Barbara Butch.

Recently placed on the international scene thanks to her performance during the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Barbara Butch is renowned for her eclectic, inclusive style, mingling house, disco and pop. Her energy and capacity to create a unifying atmosphere make her the perfect artist to close this festival with a bang.

Antoine and Manuel’s revisited projections, inspired by the works of Arthur Rimbaud and Benjamin Britten, will transform the Cathedral’s façade into a luminous canvas, giving the audience an immersive, spectacular experience. This event will be the climax of the Normandie Impressionniste 2024 Festival, a moment during which art and music will unite to celebrate all the festival’s creativity.

▶︎ Practical information:
Saturday September 21st at 9pm, projection of Star and Stone a kind of love … some say, followed by Illuminations by Antoine and Manuel and Barbara Butch’s DJ set.
