Saint-Maclou church’s three chapels have become three chambers of light, thanks to Akira Inumaru’s installation which invites spectators to modify with their footsteps, voices and presences the colourful incandescence of the 15th-century stained-glass windows, and to marvel at these shimmering, constantly shifting impressions.
