A territory of experimentation for plein air painters, Normandy also played a decisive role in the early days of photography. In this exhibition, masterpieces from painting and photography respond to one another, making Normandy the ideal place to gauge reciprocal influences between the arts. This effervescence of creative emulation has received a response from the contemporary artist Grégory Chatonsky, who has invited artificial intelligence to transform experiences of the photographic landscape.
